We may process the information you enter in the form or assistant: name, email address, company, requested service and the content of your request. Limited technical data may also be generated by the hosting infrastructure to keep the site secure and operational.

This data is used to answer your request, prepare a business discussion, provide assistant responses and protect the site. Depending on the situation, processing is based on your request for pre-contractual measures, our legitimate interest in replying and securing the service, or your consent where required.

The form prepares a WhatsApp conversation. No data is sent to LuxNeva until you confirm the message in WhatsApp. Messages sent to the assistant are transmitted to an artificial-intelligence technology provider to generate a response. Do not enter sensitive or confidential data in the chat.

With your agreement, Metricool receives visit data sent by its script for audience measurement. You can withdraw this agreement in cookie preferences. Access is limited to LuxNeva and the providers strictly needed for the website, hosting, WhatsApp and the AI assistant. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using safeguards required by applicable law.

Contact requests are retained only as long as needed to handle them and follow the relationship, then deleted or archived where required by law. The website does not deliberately create a marketing database from chatbot conversations.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing by emailing hello@luxneva.lu. You may also lodge a complaint with Luxembourg's National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD).
